Leonardo Hotel Augsburg

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very modern and in a great location. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a TV set. The food, both dinner and breakfast, exceeded my expectations. The buffet had a wide selection and everything was delicious. The service staff went above and beyond to ensure that all the guests' needs were met. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, making it a great choice for those wanting to explore the attractions and restaurants. The rooms are stylish and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The friendly receptionists provide excellent service, and there are complimentary tea and water available. The hotel also offers an underground carpark for added convenience.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are slightly small, with limited storage space for luggage.

As older guests, we were impressed by the friendly receptionists, the cleanliness of the room, and the complimentary tea and water.

We felt like part of the family during our stay, with no complaints at all.

The room was stylish and the bed was huge and super comfortable. the bathroom was also nice with a big shower. the dinner and breakfast at the hotel were of a very high standard, and the staff in the restaurant were excellent.

The room was a bit awkwardly sized with a large pillar in the middle, which made it feel cramped. There was also a lack of a proper heater in the room, only an infrared lamp, which was not very effective.

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Excellent location, well connected. Helpful staff. Varied and delicious breakfast. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the entrance to my stunning room. The view was nice and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The staff, especially Johan at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, making transportation around this city easy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Additionally, the secure parking garage under the hotel was a great convenience.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great value for money. No comment on the food. Will consider staying again and trying the hotel group in Germany.

The front desk staff at Leonardo Hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The rooms were impeccably clean and the modern decor added a nice touch. We also really enjoyed the complimentary tea and water in the room. The location of the hotel was great, just a short tram ride away from the city center. The hotel had a good atmosphere and all the staff spoke English, which was a bonus. The dinner at the hotel was delicious and offered great value for money. The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from, although it was a bit expensive. we had a pleasant stay at Leonardo Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
